Stainless steel heat exchanger is a kind of heat exchanger which is made of stainless steel. It has very good anti-oxidation characteristics, safety and health, and is widely used in food, medicine, heating, domestic water, air conditioning backwater and other fields. According to the data of heat exchange equipment promotion center, stainless steel heat exchanger has better heat transfer effect and longer service life than traditional carbon steel heat exchanger.
Stainless steel heat exchanger - cleaning method of stainless steel heat exchanger:
1. Chemical cleaning
This method is to circulate a chemical solution through the heat exchanger to dissolve and discharge the dirt on the surface of the plate. This method does not need to disassemble the heat exchanger, simplifies the cleaning process, and reduces the cleaning labor. Because the corrugated plate can promote the violent turbulence of the cleaning solution, which is conducive to the dissolution of the scale layer, the chemical cleaning method is an ideal method.
2. Mechanical (physical) cleaning
This method is to use a brush to wash the plate manually, so as to remove the dirt on the surface of the plate. Although this method is relatively direct, it is not easy to clean the hard and thick scale layer.
3. Comprehensive cleaning method
For the case that the dirt layer is hard and thick, it is difficult to clean it only by using the above method. The comprehensive method is to soften the scale layer by chemical cleaning, and then remove the scale layer by mechanical (physical) cleaning, so as to keep the plate clean.
Stainless steel heat exchanger - precautions for cleaning stainless steel heat exchanger
First, chemical cleaning solution to maintain a certain flow rate, generally 0.8 ~ 1.2m/s. The purpose is to increase the turbulence of the solution.
Second, for different dirt should use different chemical cleaning fluid. In addition to the commonly used diluted soda solution, 5% nitric acid solution can be used for scale. The scale formed in soda production can be treated with 5% hydrochloric acid solution. However, it is not allowed to use the chemical lotion that corrodes the plate.
Thirdly, it is not allowed to brush the stainless steel sheet with carbon steel brush during mechanical (physical) cleaning, so as to avoid accelerating the corrosion of the sheet. At the same time, the surface of the plate should not be scratched or deformed. Fourth, the cleaned plates should be washed and dried with clean water, and the deformation of the plates should be prevented when they are placed.
The heat exchanger is made of food grade stainless steel, which has outstanding anti rust and anti scaling characteristics. I believe that after understanding the above methods, we can attach great importance to this problem and effectively prevent accidents in our life and work.
