  1. Strictly control the quality to ensure 100% of each batch of products are qualified. Ensure that the equipment provided is brand new, unused, and fully meet the quality, specification and performance requirements of the contract.
  2. In case of quality problems (except for human reasons) in the products supplied, our company will reply within 2 hours and respond within 12 hours after receiving your notice, and be responsible for handling them.
  3. During the warranty period (one year), if there are quality problems (except for human reasons), the supplied products shall be repaired or replaced unconditionally free of charge. After the warranty period, they shall be maintained for life.
  4. Train the user and maintenance personnel, and provide detailed user manual.
  5. Free O-ring, silicone rubber pad and other vulnerable parts and system software upgrade.
  6. After sales service "after sales service tracking information" shall be established to record the delivery time of the equipment, the use of the equipment, your contact information and the records of previous after-sales services, and conduct regular follow-up and return visit.
  7. At the end of each after-sales service, you should fill in the after-sales service work receipt and prepare the after-sales service report after returning to the factory.
