  In the process of digestion, when the jacket is preheated with steam, the steam inlet pressure must be controlled within the working pressure range of the equipment, otherwise the fermentation tank will be damaged. During the process of air digestion and digestion, the residual water in the jacket of the fermentation tank must be drained, otherwise the cylinder in the fermentation tank may be flattened and the equipment will be damaged;
  In the actual elimination, it will also cause too much condensate, resulting in the dilution of the culture medium, which can not meet the process requirements.
  During the cooling process of the fermentation tank after the air and solid digestion, it is strictly forbidden to generate negative pressure in the fermentation tank, so as to avoid pollution or even damage to the equipment. During each operation, the pressure in the air pipe must be kept higher than the tank pressure of the fermentation tank, otherwise, the liquid in the fermentation tank will flow back into the filter, block the filter element or make the filter ineffective. Do not forcibly dismantle or maintain it Repair the fermentation tank.
  The basic structure of fermentation tank is as follows
  1. Dissolved oxygen control system: air flowmeter: manually adjust the dissolved oxygen level in fermentation broth by adjusting the air flow.
  Agitation motor and agitation linkage device: the agitation motor of fermentor provides rotation power to drive the agitation linkage device to rotate; the blades of the latter agitate the fermentation liquid to disperse bubbles and increase the contact interface between gas and liquid, so as to improve the dissolved oxygen level.
  2. Tank: the volume of fermentation tank used in laboratory is usually several to dozens of liters, and its tank is usually made of glass.
  3. Detection device: the detection devices of typical fermentor are as follows:
  (1) Temperature probe: monitor the temperature change in the process of culture.
  (2) Dissolved oxygen electrode: directly immerse in fermentation broth to monitor the change of dissolved oxygen in fermentation broth.
  (3) PH electrode: directly immerse in fermentation broth to monitor the change of pH in fermentation broth.
  4. Temperature control system: including the cooling water pipe at the bottom of the fermentation tank and the cooling water pipe on the condenser at the air outlet. As the fermentation process usually produces heat, the temperature can be kept constant by cooling water.
  5. Acid base balance device: acid or alkaline solution can be pumped into fermentation broth by peristaltic pump to adjust its pH value.
  6. Other devices: inoculation port: access the seed liquid into the fermentation tank through the inoculation port, and supplement nutrition during the fermentation process. Sampling port: through the sampling port, a certain amount of fermentation liquid can be taken out from the fermentation tank for various detection and analysis.
