Equipment commissioning process for after-sales service pers

Equipment debugging can be divided into small tank debugging and large tank debugging.

One, small tank debugging
Small tank debugging generally refers to the debugging of fermenter that can be put into use after installing tank pipes and valves as well as electrical cabinets and circuit control in the workshop and sending it to the site through simple pipeline connection and debugging. Small tank debugging is divided into early debugging and late debugging. Because most of the small tank debugging to be completed in the workshop, so the small tank early debugging is particularly important.

Point 1: pressure test
The fermentation tank and interlayer as well as all pipe valves shall undergo pressure holding test to see if there is leakage. Pressure test medium: water or air, pressure 0.25mpa, pressure holding time more than 12 hours, no obvious pressure drop is qualified. The pressure test process can be operated by other workers, but the after-sales service personnel should supervise or understand the whole pressure test process from nearby.
Point 2: commissioning of control cabinet and electrical components.
Check whether all electrical components can be manually turned on and off, check whether the stirring system can run normally, check whether the PH and DO systems can be used normally, check whether the parameters of temperature, speed, PH and DO can be displayed normally, test whether the automatic temperature control system can keep heat normally. Those who use configuration software should set the service time of the device in the software. The service time is generally set to 14 months, and the unlock password is set to "123".
Point three: check whether air compressor, cold and dry machine, steam generator and so on can be used normally.
Point four:
Prepare the interface accessories between air, steam, cooling water, sewage main pipe and related equipment, prepare all accessories and connecting hoses of small tank (refer to the factory Equipment List of small fermentation Equipment).

When the preliminary debugging of the small tank is completed, fill in the "Equipment Qualified Ex-factory Form", and give the "Equipment Qualified ex-factory Form" to the business department and send it to the technical department in the form of electronic documents and timely notice to check, the business themselves should have a record. According to the equipment situation, the technical department will contact the customer to inform the "Equipment site Installation Requirements" and arrange after-sales service personnel to go to the site for debugging. After receiving the business trip notice, the after-sales service personnel shall fill in the Business trip Application Form. The business trip Application Form shall be signed by Mr. Feng or confirmed by phone and handed over to the commercial department for storage. The after-sales service personnel shall get the funds and go to the customer's site (the train ticket shall be purchased by the commercial department). When the after-sales service personnel are on business trip as an independent unit, they still need to fill in the daily Work Log. The daily work log will be sent to the email of Shi Jun and Manager Wu on the same day (in case of special circumstances, they can contact by phone to apply for late submission of the work log).

After arriving at the site, the after-sales service personnel will negotiate with the customer about the proper placement of the equipment, and carry out the connection of the pipeline and the later debugging and training. Later debugging is mainly to confirm whether there is a problem with the equipment again and let customers understand the pressure holding effect and comprehensive control performance of the equipment. The pressure holding, sterilization and production effect of the whole equipment, the operation ability of the equipment, anti-interference ability and the stability of data acquisition are the key points of the later debugging.

Training:
Want training is comprehensive and well organized, can from the device structure were introduced in this paper to the customer the purpose of each equipment, piping and valves to and function of demonstration, sterilization and fermentation, including inoculation and sampling of the entire process and make the training personnel personally operation, introduces the use of the control cabinet and the parameter setting, allow customers to memorize a whole set of equipment operation and matters needing attention and myth. Through training, customers should be able to meet the requirements of operating equipment independently and have certain ability to judge and deal with equipment failures.

After the commissioning and training, the after-sales service personnel should fill in the Equipment Engineering Installation and Commissioning Form from the customer. If parts are still needed, it should be indicated in the Equipment Engineering Installation and Commissioning Form and fill in the Delivery Application Form after coming back. After returning to the company after-sales service personnel to the equipment engineering installation and debugging form with the application form for delivery to the business, business to the after-sales service of the travel application form ", the daily work of journal, the equipment engineering installation form, the application form for shipment packaging in the form of electronic documents were sent to technology department and general manager and inform them receive check in time, The business must put on record by itself. After the installation and commissioning, the after-sales service personnel shall inform the technical department of the installation and commissioning, and the technical department shall inform the general manager of the installation and commissioning. At this point the small tank debugging process is over.
