1. How to use fermentation tank

　　The cleaning and maintenance of any device is not only aimed at reducing the number of failures in daily work, but also for the protection of fermentation tank and its components. It is very important to extend the service life.

　　While mastering the operation technology of fermentation tank, each user should also learn how to maintain the foundation.

　　The tank body and the upper and lower filling heads are processed by spinning R-angle. The inner wall of the tank is polished by mirror, and there is no sanitary dead angle. The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented without pollution. The equipment is equipped with air breathing hole, CIP cleaning nozzle, manhole and other devices.

　　1. Keep the tank in order

　　The fermentation tank must be kept clean. Therefore, each fermentation tank must be cleaned by a specially assigned person. Every day, the tank body, pipes and valves should be scrubbed with a semi dry rag dipped in neutral detergent. Be careful not to use charged alkali to prevent corrosion of tank body and its subordinate parts.

　　2. Don't overload

　　The mixing speed, motor output power, surface measurement range, valve opening, etc. should be operated within 30 ~ 80% of the maximum value, and overload operation is never allowed.　

　　3. Replace vulnerable parts regularly

　　Compared with the sealing gaskets of air inlet, sampling port, discharge port and electrode socket, they should be disassembled for cleaning and inspection after each batch of cans are placed, and replaced in case of any damage. Frequent opening and closing of the valve, but also regular check, regular replacement.

　　1. Correct pH electrode and dissolved oxygen electrode.

　　2. Can body sterilization. The medium should be put into the tank according to the requirements. After sealing, the small fermentation tank (5L) can be put into the large sterilization pot for sterilization (115 ℃, 30min); the large and medium fermentation tank (10L and above) can be steam sterilized (121 ℃, 30min).

　　3. After the tank is cooled, put it on the fermentation platform and install it in good condition; turn on the cooling water, turn on the power supply of the air pump, connect the ventilation pipe to start ventilation, adjust the air intake knob to make the ventilation appropriate and keep the tank pressure at 0.05Mpa; set the temperature, pH, stirring speed, etc., and calibrate the slope of the dissolved oxygen electrode under the determined speed and ventilation, with the value of 100%．

　　4. After the temperature is stable and the parameters are correct, the pre shaken seeds are connected, the fermentation time is started, and various parameters are recorded.

　　5. After fermentation, clean the tank and the electrode, insert the pH electrode into the triangular flask with 3M potassium chloride for use, and cover the probe of the dissolved oxygen electrode with a protective sleeve for storage.

　　How to preserve pH electrode when it is not used for a long time

　　When the electrode is not used for a long time, it should be stored in a suitable liquid according to the requirements of the manual.

　　The electrode cannot be dry for a long time. Dry discharge electrode should be activated in 3mhcl (or saturated KCl) before use.

　　Electrodes should not be stored in distilled water.

　　*Inlet and outlet. Sterile sampling port．

　　*Manhole. Cold and hot water inlet and outlet．
